Our Presenter, Eric Konovalov Eric Konovalov, is a refugee from the former USSR whose family fled communism in 1989. With deep love and admiration for the United States, Eric enlisted in the Marines immediately after graduating high school, serving for eight remarkable years, including two combat deployments—one in Iraq and the other in Afghanistan. Following his military service, Eric embarked on a successful career in sales and sales leadership. In 2015, he founded The Goal Guide, where he has been dedicated to coaching, training, and developing entrepreneurs, sales professionals, coaches, and consultants in areas such as goal setting, sales strategies, communication, personal branding, and mindset development. In 2023, he launched the Relentless Goal Achievers, a program aimed at helping new entrepreneurs earn six figures within their first twelve months. Eric is a certified leadership coach through the John Maxwell program and is also certified to teach Dr. Robert Cialdini’s principles of influence. He is the author of B2B Sales Secrets; and hosts the Relentless Goal Achievers; podcast. Currently, Eric resides in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, with his wonderful wife and business partner, Julia, and their two remarkable sons, Max and Mikey.
