This workshop helps new nonprofit leaders expand their peripheral of possibilities for achieving nonprofit success. During our time together we will take a deep dive into four (4) very specific quadrants that need the early attention of the new nonprofit leader. This workshop can also serve as a useful guide for an internal exploration of a nonprofit’s purpose, planning, pilot, and productivity journey. After participating in this LIVE workshop, you should be able to: • Articulate with insight how great business and charitable ideas are born and sustained. • Understand the primary non-negotiable planning documents utilized by nonprofit leaders. • Understand how to launch your initial charitable program on a shoe-string budget. • Understand where to invest your time and energy to ensure lasting results.
