Charise Liburd, MPA, CNP, CEO of The 297 Group, a nonprofit consultancy specializing in helping nonprofits get and keep funding. As a nonprofit leader with over 25 years of experience as a funder, first at the Heart of Florida United Way and then at Orange County Government. Charise developed the modern Citizens’ Review Panel funding process for Orange County, which grew from $4m to $34M in three years under her leadership. She has extensive experience in capacity building, contract management, training, speaking, and coaching.
